The short version: the enquiry form is the only thing here that collects anything, it goes straight to a person, and nothing on this site is watching you read it. The long version is below.
01 — Who is asking
Devilos LLC runs devilos.org and decides what happens to anything sent through it — in the language of the regulation, we are the data controller. We are a Wyoming limited liability company, registered at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, filing ID 2026-002050730.
Anything in this notice, including a request to delete what we hold, reaches us at hello@devilos.org or on +1 (307) 303-8208. A person reads it.
02 — What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, your company if you give one, the budget bracket if you pick one, and your message. Nothing is inferred and nothing is bought in.
Our host keeps ordinary server logs — IP address, browser, the page requested — for a short period, as every web server does. We do not read them to build a picture of you.
03 — No tracking, no cookies
There is no analytics on this site, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no third-party script watching you read it. We set no cookies at all.
That is also why there is no consent banner: there is nothing here to consent to.
04 — Why we are allowed to hold it
You contacted us about working together, so the lawful basis is Article 6(1)(b) — steps taken at your request before entering a contract — and, where an enquiry does not lead that way, our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) in answering someone who wrote to us.
We use it to reply and to have the conversation that follows. We do not use it for anything else. There is no newsletter, no marketing list and no CRM sequence, and we never sell or share it for advertising.
05 — Who else touches it
Cloudflare hosts this site and carries the enquiry from the form to our inbox, which makes them our processor. Our mail is then held in the inbox of the account that receives it.
We are a US company and so is Cloudflare, so an enquiry sent from Europe leaves the EEA — to us as the controller, and to them as our processor. Both transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, and Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Beyond that, nobody sees your enquiry but us.
06 — How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our inbox for up to 24 months so we can pick a conversation back up, then they are deleted. If the enquiry becomes a project, the correspondence is kept for as long as we are required to keep business records.
Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, without asking why.
07 — What you can require of us
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, ask for it in a portable form, or object to us holding it at all. We will do it within a month and it costs you nothing.
If we handle that badly, you can complain to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work. You do not need our permission and you do not have to tell us first.
08 — Changes
This notice was last changed on 11 August 2026. If we change how any of the above works we will change this page, and the date above it, before the change takes effect rather than after.
